CS PhD Funding
CS PhD students are guaranteed funding through the 5th year of the program. In the first year, students are supported through TGS Fellowships. In subsequent years, students may be funded through Research Assistantships (RA), Teaching Assistantships (TA), or external fellowships. PhD students may work no more than 20 hours per week from all sources. See the TGS Graduate Funding page for more general information about funding.
