In addition, Prof. Razeghi contributed a published paper in the August, 2014 edition of 'IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics', titled, "High Performance Solar-Blind Ultraviolet (320 times 256) Focal Plane Arrays Based on AlxGa1-xN."  First Author: Erdem Cicek, Co-authors: Prof. Ryan McClintock, Abbas Haddadi, Rojas, WAG.

Also, Prof. Razeghi has authored an article to the June, 2014 edition of 'Applied Physics Letters', published by the American Institute of Physics. The article, titled, "Continuous Operation of a Monolithic Semiconductor Terahertz Source at Room Temperature" has been highlighted in 'Nature Photonics'. First Author: Dr. Quanyong Lu
