TIMEKEEPING
The Workforce Software Timekeeping system is used by Northwestern employees and managers to:
- Enter time worked (biweekly-paid regular and temporary employees)
- Enter time taken off (all regular staff employees and faculty librarians)
- Approve work/off time for your employees
Training can be found here. To record & approve time, log in to Workforce using your NetID and password.

Travel System Training
- Travel Program (Egencia) Overview
- A link to Egencia’s Training Hub is now available in the Favorite Links section of your home page in Egencia. There are modules for new users (Travelers) and new Arrangers. To access Egencia, you will need to log in with your NU credentials.
Performance Evaluation Process
All new staff are expected to set objectives and goals within the first month of work. Please consult the Goal-Setting Essentials guide and Goal Sample Library resource for assistance, as well as reach out to your supervisor to schedule a meeting to discuss goals before entering them in myHR Learn.
To access the Performance Excellence online tool go to myHR Self Service and select the Learning and Performance tile, then click on the Me tab.
