Endpoint Management

Quest Kace, formerly Dell Kace, and JAMF Casper efficiently manage computer inventories and report on both hardware and software assets, provision software to users, deploy patches to fix vulnerable software titles, and streamline the imaging of computers. Northwestern provides these free solutions for enterprise desktop management for Windows, Linux, UNIX, and macOS respectively.

Once installed, the agent reports back to the server with inventory information, detecting every program on the computer and the hardware connected to it. Software or updates are deployed via scripting and automation at an organization level. You may be prompted to restart your computer after patches are deployed.
