Ph.D. Electrical and Computer Engineering with minor in Computer Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, WI

M.S. Electrical Engineering, University of Wisconisin-Madison, Madison, WI

B.S. Applied Science and Physics, University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Madison, WI

Research Interests

Cardiac electrophysiology, in particular the mechanisms, monitoring and automatic diagnosis and treatment of the atrial cardiac arrhythmias. Irreversible electroporation methods for ablating cancerous tumors including non-resectable liver and pancreatic cancer.  RF ablation for establishing cancer-free post-lumpectomy margins.  Non-contact vital signs monitoring using millimeter-wave and other remote sensing methods.  Beyond-CMOS logic realizations including spintronics, magneto-resistive devices and circuits and all-carbon logic.
