Biography
Oleg is an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University's MS in Artificial Intelligence program, where he has designed and taught courses on Human-Computer Interaction (MSAI330) and Emerging Risks for Humans Interacting with Technologies (MSAI495) since 2022. His teaching bridges rigorous design thinking with the real-world challenges posed by emerging technologies — exploring their effects on individuals, communities, nations, and ecosystems.
By day, Oleg serves as Director of User Experience at Relativity, a legal technology company, where he leads product design across design system enablement, legal data intelligence, admin experience, and operations. Over nearly eight years at Relativity, he has championed human-centered design practices, built foundational design infrastructure including the Aero UI design system, and embedded continuous discovery and collaborative trio practices across product development teams.
Prior to Relativity, Oleg spent over five years as a UX Designer at Morningstar, applying design thinking to complex financial data products for a global audience.
His work sits at the intersection of design leadership, technology ethics, and systems thinking.
