Meister Summer Research Awards
This award provides research funding to support two materials science undergraduate researchers each summer.
Hilliard Awards for Seniors
In 2007, the department created awards in honor of Professor John Hilliard that recognize outstanding achievements by our undergraduate students.
Outstanding MatSci Junior Award
This award recognizes the materials science and engineering junior who best demonstrates achievement of excellence, through leadership, scholarship, service, and/or outstanding research accomplishment.
Outstanding MatSci Sophomore Award
This award recognizes the materials science and engineering sophomore who best demonstrates achievement of excellence, through leadership, scholarship, service, and/or outstanding research accomplishment.
McCormick Prizes and Awards for Undergraduates
McCormick believes in rewarding its undergraduates and graduating seniors who perform exceptionally well. As such, prizes and honors based on academic performance are given on a quarterly and annual basis to deserving students.
