ESAM alumnus Tom Barrett (BS '99 NU, SM '04 in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago) gave an open forum on Quantitative Finance to a packed conference room of applied math undergraduate and graduate students. He shared his experiences as head of Alternative Strategies at Chicago Trading Company (CTC), a privately held trading firm recognized as a leading provider of liquidity on numerous derivative exchanges globally.
