Rintaroh graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. While attending CWRU, he had the opportunity to work on the design of an underground pipe exploration robot, which inspired him to pursue a graduate degree in robotics. His current interests include computer vision, navigation, SLAM, and machine learning.
