Biography

Mike Hyzy is a management consultant and technology advisor to executives, specializing in artificial intelligence for strategy, product development, and behavioral science.

At CGI, Mike leads service innovation. He developed the firm's AI strategy framework and its behavioral science approach to AI transformation, which builds adoption around how people change behavior. He runs an R&D lab that prototypes and tests emerging AI for CGI and its clients, and serves as executive sponsor of CGI's relationships with Anthropic and ElevenLabs.

Mike's work in AI began with natural language processing and progressed through machine learning to the generative and agentic AI his lab works with today. His approach is industry agnostic. He speaks internationally and writes books on product development and AI.

Mike co-founded the Chicago Futures Salon, a nonprofit dedicated to education in strategic foresight and applied futurism. He holds certifications in strategic foresight and in Cognitive Project Management for AI (PMI-CPMAI).
