GEN_ENG 251-0: Applied Ordinary Differential Equations

Description

Students will learn to identify and solve differential equations derived from scientific and engineered systems. They will also learn to formulate a differential equation for modeling suitable applications, specifically mechanical vibrations and electrical circuits, among others.

Prerequisites: GEN_ENG 150 or GEN_ENG 151 or CS 150, MATH 220-2, PHYS 135-1 or GEN_ENG 212 (may be taken concurrently), GEN_ENG 241 (may be taken concurrently).
