Biography

Mr. Santucci’s career started working as an assistant project engineer on a twenty-two million dollar ground up construction project for the University of Illinois Chicago’s Student Apartments. After completing the project, he went on to work as a project engineer for several projects for the Chicago Housing Authority and private clients. While working as a project engineer Mr. Santucci worked his way over to the Chicago Transit Authority - Brown Line Expansion Project. While on the CTA Brown Line Project he was promoted from project engineer to Quality Control Manager for a sixty-seven-million dollar contract as part of the expansion project. Upon completion of the project he was again promoted to Project Manager and ran several projects for the Chicago Public Schools System.


After five years in the General Contracting world, Mr. Santucci decided to make a move into Commercial Real Estate and obtain his Managing Brokers License. As a Managing Broker he currently works as a partner with his father. Mr. Santucci has completed an excess of 500 lease transactions over the past ten years in 19 different states throughout the United States. Along with brokerage Mr. Santucci oversees the property management division which includes the management of over 85 commercial assets. Since his transition, our mid-size real estate business has seen significant growth.
