Biography
Josh Paolini is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University, specializing in digital transformation, digital strategy, and AI adoption. Josh developed and teaches a graduate course on digital transformation and AI adoption. He lectures on topics including AI, product innovation, and customer experience optimization, bringing a practical, results-oriented approach to his teaching.
With 20 years of experience in management consulting and technology, Josh has guided Fortune 1,000 companies through significant digital transformation initiatives. His professional journey includes roles at Adobe, where he launched the Customer Experience Optimization and Digital Performance Strategy practices, and as Director of Analytics at Rise Interactive.
Beyond academia, Josh advises both established enterprises and emerging startups on digital transformation, AI adoption, and digital strategy. He is dedicated to helping organizations achieve success by transforming operations, designing superior customer experiences, and fostering innovative products.
Josh is also the CEO and founder of Per4m.AI, a technology company focused on preparing teams for the future of work and AI transformation. Per4m.AI utilizes AI for large-scale organizational analysis, developing tailored strategies to enhance efficiency, enable AI adoption, and upskill talent.
