Biography

Mark Larsen is passionate about growing businesses. He is operator of private equity backed portfolio companies with a focus on building platforms both organically and through M&A in the lower-middle market.

Prior to his operating experience, Mark Larsen consulted with both startups and Fortune 500 companies on complex issues such as sales effectiveness, organic growth, new product offerings, target operating model, organizational design, competitor analyses, mergers and acquisitions support, and cost reduction / headcount optimization. He has extensive knowledge in business partnering, offshoring transactional activities to shared service centers, and establishing centers of excellence. During his career, he has gained significant experience with financial modeling and analysis, using data to drive decision making.

In addition to business experience, Mark enjoys getting to know people from across the globe. He has lived more than 7 years in various countries in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and loves travel for both business and personal purposes.
