Biography
Pan Chen is a Vice President of Analytics & Supply Chain Services at HAVI. Pan has 15+ years of Analytics experience over multiple industry sectors, including Food, CPG, Financial Services, Automotive Industries and Management Consulting. At HAVI Pan is leading the Supply Chain Analytics practice, responsible for end-to-end supply chain visibility and optimization, integration between supply chain and marketing, as well as other innovation opportunities in supply chain related areas. Prior to HAVI, Pan was a Vice President of Analytics at Information Resource Inc. (IRI), where he successfully built the first Analytics Center of Excellence and was responsible for marketing analytics engagements in the areas of pricing, marketing mix and assortment analyses. Pan also led analytics teams in various functional areas such as Marketing, Credit Risk, Product Strategies and Operation at Capital One Financials. Pan holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University, and a double B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Victoria in Canada.
