Catering by Michael’s has a very large menu including a wide variety of pre-selected lunch and dinner menus (please note they traditionally do not allow the pre-set menus to be customized). Baskets are available in place of the plastic trays. A pick-up fee will be added, but these are great for more formal events. There is a charge for disposable service ware (plates, utensils, cups, etc.)
Food for Thought

Food for Thought has an upscale catering division that can be used for cocktail receptions and sit-down dinners. They also have a casual/drop-off service offering boxed or buffet lunches and breakfasts all on very nice disposables. Their customer service is wonderful, and the delivery team is familiar with campus.

Their bento box lunches are phenomenal and a great option if you are looking for an up-scale “boxed lunch.” They provide fantastic customer service and innovative menu items, and they are willing to customize a menu to fit the needs of your event.

Limelight specializes in upscale, VIP receptions and sit-down meals. They use fresh ingredients and present them in a fun, modern way.
