Jordan graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022 with a degree in Business Analytics. Following graduation, he accepted a role as a business process analyst at Worldpay, a leader in the payments processing industry. There, he worked on forecasting, performance analytics, and process improvement within the operations department. Jordan also developed a glide path for new hires in the call center to enhance the training program and increase retention of new trainees. He is notably interested in the ability of artificial intelligence to augment FinTech processes, specifically in fraud prevention, forecasting, and performance analytics.
