After graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Namitha George joined Blue Cross Blue Shield as a systems analyst on a data virtualization platform team. In this role, she worked closely with healthcare datasets and helped deliver accessible and reliable data solutions to multiple teams across her department. This experience highlighted the importance of data in decision-making and sparked her interest in exploring artificial intelligence to improve efficiency in data analytics. Namitha explored this further by taking independent courses from Stanford and MIT in AI and machine learning where she discovered her interest in GenAI and LLMs. She is passionate about applying these technologies in fields like healthcare and education to transform everyday processes.
