Monish Bangalore Vijay Kumar holds a B.S. in Data Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has professional experience at CoStrategix Ltd, where he developed anomaly detection systems, financial data matching algorithms, and GenAI-powered QA tools. Monish has also served as a peer mentor in data science and statistics courses and as president of AI@UW, leading the club to win the Dean’s Award of Excellence. His AI interests focus on applying machine learning and generative AI to fraud detection, risk modeling, and real-time analytics in the financial sector. He is passionate about building data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, improve security, and drive innovation in fintech.
