Developmental Biology & Neurobiology

Interdisciplinary research concerning the nervous system and the process by which animals and plants grow and develop. Research in these areas focuses on understanding the functions of the neural system, developing drugs for neurological disorders, and contributing to general understanding of human body development. The research encompasses fields such as biology, chemistry, cognitive science, computer science, engineering, linguistics, mathematics, medicine, genetics, philosophy, physics, and psychology.
