After earning his EOD Officer warfare qualification and finishing a successful deployment, Tommy then reported to Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE where he twice deployed to Guam in command of a newly formed Task Group, serving as the Navy’s exploitation and intelligence gathering lead in SEVENTH Fleet. Following his second tour, Tommy reported to Task Force 75 as the Current Operations and EOD Staff Officer, where he planned and enabled the execution of all navy expeditionary operations in the SEVENTH Fleet for two more years. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Tommy is thrilled to be back in his hometown and back in the world of academia at the MSiA program.
