Halpern/Rise International Distinguished Architect in Residence at the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering and Director/Principal of Booth Hansen, is the designer of the redevelopment project of the Old Main Post Office located at 433 W. Van Buren St., the massive building was once the world's largest post office.
