Alumnus Received Best Paper Prize

Class of 1961 alumnus David Boyce's paper received the Best Paper Prize at the 50^th Anniversary Meeting of the Japan Section of the Regional Science Association International in October.  The paper’s title, “Predicting Road Traffic Route Flows Uniquely for Urban Transportation Planning,” will appear in a Special Issue of Studies in Regional Science in 2012.  Full announcement.
