Shreya Singh
Shreya is an engineering graduate with three years of experience as a Data Scientist. During this time, she has developed AI solutions for various industries, with a strong focus on the fintech domain. Her work primarily involved creating AI solutions for wealth management clients, utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms in the financial sector. These solutions are currently in use across markets in the US, UK, and India.
During her undergraduate studies Shreya worked at an NLP-based company, applying large language models (LLMs) to social media marketing problems. She also interned at an early-stage fintech startup, where she built a recommender system. Shreya's research on Mask R Convolutional Neural Networks for fracture identification has been published in journals such as Springer and IEEE. In addition to her professional work, she has volunteered as a Data Scientist for an Indian NGO.
Outside of her professional life, Shreya enjoys blogging on both technical and non-technical topics, reading books, painting, and running.
Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence at Northwestern University. She holds her undergraduate engineering degree from University of Pune, India.
