Shreyasi Periketi is advancing her expertise in Artificial Intelligence after earning her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering in India. Shreyasi has already made notable strides in AI and computer science, as evidenced by her innovative research on "LSTM and Prophet Model Fusion Framework for Bitcoin Candlestick Visualization and Price Prediction Forecasting" and securing second prize at Technofusion 2022, organized by the Computer Society of India, for her "DNA Sequencing Analysis using Python" project.

Her knack for applying technical knowledge to practical solutions is further showcased through projects like a Social Distancing Detector and co-authoring "Problem Solving using Python Programming." Complementing her academic pursuits, Shreyasi has gained practical experience through internships, including an AI-ML Virtual Internship from AWS Academy and a Virtual Cyber Security Industry Internship from SISTMR Australia, while also contributing to the community by serving as an NCC Cadet in the Indian Air Force Wing, and coordinating for STREETCAUSE, Hyderabad during her undergrad, and being a life member of the Indian Red-Cross Society.

Looking ahead, Shreyasi aspires to merge her fascination with AI and the biomedical field, aiming to pursue a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. Her ambition is to become a scientist in biomedical research, integrating AI to innovate in healthcare. At Northwestern, she is already exploring the interdisciplinary nature of her studies, delving into Synthetic Biology alongside AI, and preparing herself to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry.
