The format of the MPM program curriculum synthesizes technical coursework in civil engineering design with skills in business management and behavioral science to prepare students capable of directing all aspects of complex civil engineering projects.

A minimum of 12 courses is required to earn the Master of Science in Project Management degree. Of these, a few are required for all students, others are required for the particular specialization area chosen, and the remaining ones will be electives that are coherent with the specialization area.
