PROJ_MGT 423: Business Development in the Built Environment

This class explores the basic principles of selling services within the engineering and contracting markets, both domestically and internationally. The course provides the student with the opportunity to develop their oral and written presentation skills within the context of real business experiences. Special emphasis is given to the areas of client relationship development, understanding the customer satisfaction drivers, factors of behavior in the service selling process and crisis response issues.
