PROJ_MGT 411: Commercial Land Use & The Regulatory Environment

Description

Selecting a suitable site for a development project is a critical factor in determining a project's financial success. The regulation of land use has many implications that impact a project, and regulations are often intended to protect and preserve the quality of life. In this course students will develop an understanding and appreciation of the complex regulatory environment which shapes and impacts land use for real estate development.
