Before joining the MLDS program, he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Machine Learning and International Relations.

During his time at Carnegie Mellon, he has participated in research and internship opportunities, with a variety of focuses that includes political science, college sports, quantitative finance, etc. He’s interested in expanding the potential of AI and Data Science in solving problems across various industries. As a student of the MLDS program, he will further strengthen his foundations in data science and statistical theories, while getting chances to learn and participate in research in complex machine learning challenges including Computer Visions, NLP etc. His main career interest is in the field of sports analytics. Recognizing the power of data in transforming the view of the sports from players’ coaches’ and viewers’ points of view, he aims to employ advanced computational technologies in the industry in order to best serve all the participants. This would include fostering more efficient player development plans, better recruitment strategies, and broadcasting experiences etc. He has previously worked on sports analytics projects with Carnegie Mellon Athletics and independently as well. He’s a soccer fan that plays the sport regularly, and he supports Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund.
