Karthik Srivathsa

Vice President, Next Generation Systems Engineering, Rauland Ametek

Karthik Srivathsa is the Vice President of Next Generation Systems at Rauland, a division of Ametek and market leader in healthcare workflow and communications solutions, where he leads the innovation of AI-driven IoMT platforms and enterprise software solutions for acute care and sub-acute care markets.

As a recognized industry leader and technical co-chair of the NEMA Healthcare communications group, he leads an industry coalition of competitors and partners to modernize foundational industry standards. Additionally, he serves as a voting member on ANSI/UL technical standards committees, including cybersecurity (2900-2-1) and nurse call system (1069 and 2560) standards.

He holds a patent (US Patent 11482323) relating to applying machine learning to hospital workflows, with additional patent applications pending review by the USPTO.

In addition to advising startups, Karthik serves as an advisory board member of Northwestern University's MEM program, where he mentors students and helps develop curricula that prepare
engineers for leadership roles in the rapidly evolving AI-driven technology landscape.
