Description

This is a one (1) unit course.

The purpose of this course is not to turn you into a lawyer or even teach you how to think like one. This course is designed to confront you with the most common yet underappreciated legal issues that you will inevitably encounter in your professional life from the perspective of a mid-level manager all the way up to CEO of your respective organization.

The major aim of the course therefore is to expose you to as many different business situations as possible that would ultimately allow you to proactively tackle legal claims and/or create opportunities to add value to your organization over the course of  day to day business. In addition, you will also be able to intelligently contribute to discussions within your organization pertaining to legal issues that affect your particular business segment and industry as a whole.
