Faculty Position in Cancer Pharmacology and Biomedical Engineering

The Departments of Pharmacology and Biomedical Engineering, and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University are seeking candidates to fill a new faculty position in the area of Cancer Pharmacology. We are especially interested in candidates who investigate basic and translational topics related to discovery of novel targets and pathways for anti-cancer therapy, anti-cancer drug discovery/development, precision cancer medicine, and immunotherapeutics. Expertise in stem cell- derived platforms, drug discovery, cell mechanics, computational genomics, proteomics, novel imaging modalities, and other cutting edge engineering technologies is highly desirable. Northwestern University offers a collegial and collaborative scientific environment that is rich with core facilities, robust cross-disciplinary graduate training programs, and diverse expertise.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D., significant research experience, and evidence of sustainable extramural funding. Salary is commensurate with experience.
