Mia has over two years of technical experience in the IT field. She previously worked at Hilton Worldwide Management Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, where she served as a digital support role for the APAC Cloud Architecture Team. Her primary responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues related to digital channels in China and providing professional proposals for optimization and deployment. In addition to technical troubleshooting, Mia later served as Project Manager for the Hilton Home2 brand in Greater China, responsible for managing and implementing technical requirements. With her extensive experience in technical work in the hospitality industry, Mia has a keen sense of technical details and the ability to make quick decisions on the overall direction of enterprise-level projects. In future study, she will continue to develop her technical skills and constantly improve her creativity.
