JuoTung is an experienced product planner and AI innovator. Prior to pursuing graduate studies, JuoTung worked in the IT field for four years, holding key roles at LINE, Taiwan’s leading communication platform, and Shopee, a major e-commerce company in Southeast Asia. She specialized in developing AI products, defining product roadmaps, exploring business applications, and collaborating across teams using tools such as Miro and Jira. One of the AI projects she led won first prize at the Martech Innovation Contest, reflecting her ability to drive impactful solutions. Through graduate study, JuoTung aspires to strengthen her technical skills and deepen her exploration of the AI field, preparing to bridge innovation with practical business impact.
