People / Students

I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota. I later obtained a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity: Policy and Governance from Boston College. I currently serve in law enforcement, where I focus on investigating complex cybercrimes.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am deeply committed to community engagement. I have spent over 20 years mentoring inner-city teenage boys, helping guide and support them as they navigate difficult life issues. I also express myself through music as a professional bass trumpet player and perform regularly in front of large and diverse audiences. I am currently studying piano.
In my personal time, I enjoy working out, exploring new destinations through travel, and pursuing lifelong learning. These interests continue to enrich both my personal and professional life as I grow within the field of information technology and cybersecurity.
