Noshir Contractor Wins Academy of Management's Lifetime Service Award

The Academy of Management's Organizational Communication & Information Systems group honored Professor Noshir Contractor with its Lifetime Service Award at the Academy's 79th Annual Meeting. Professor Contractor has served as a the chair or co-chair of multiple OCIS conferences, a Faculty Mentor at the OCIS Junior Faculty Consortium and Doctoral Consortium, and as a member of the OCIS Conference Steering Committee. Professor Contractor's impact in AoM extends beyond the OCIS division as well. the Technology & Innovation Management Division named his former advisee Dr. Jacqueline Ng Lane as a Best Dissertation Award Finalist at the same conference.

Noshir Contractor is the Jane S. and William J. White Professor of Behavioral Sciences in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the School of Communications, and the Kellogg School of Management, and Director of the SONIC Research Group.
