Tech Tutoring Program
This free service is a drop-in tutoring center. During the hours of operation, students can stop in to get additional help with coursework. No appointment is needed — just stop in and someone will assist you.
The service is targeted primarily to first- and second-year engineering students. Tutoring is available on the following subjects:
- All levels of calculus, general chemistry and physics
- Engineering courses such as engineering analysis, thermodynamics and mechanics
A group of graduate students and upperclass engineering students make up the program staff and are on hand to help you as you work through problems and concepts.
Availability
McCormick Tech Tutoring operates during the fall, winter and spring quarters. Tutoring generally begins the second week of the quarter and extends through the last week of classes.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday,
2–5 p.m. and 7–10 p.m.Location: Tech LG52 (This room is located on the ground level on the hallway directly below the main entrance to Tech.)
