McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University

Global Water Brigades is a national student organization devoted to aiding developing countries that lack basic water sanitation by building infrastructure and promoting awareness. At the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science Northwestern University, students have been working with a village in Honduras to build pilas, a traditional water storage unit used by many Honduran families, and to provide water quality education.
