For notices of positions of interest to students who may one day want a job. The initial subscriber pool is all graduate students, post-docs, research faculty, and regular faculty.
Funding Opportunities

For notices of funding opportunities. The initial subscriber pool is all research faculty and regular faculty.
Undergraduate Students

For notices relevant to ME majors. The initial subscriber pool is all undergraduates in ME, and regular faculty.
Subscribing
Send an email from the email address to which group messages should be sent, to the email address at the "subscribe" link.
The message can be blank. You will get a subscription confirmation message, containing a confirmation link to click on.
Unsubscribing
Send an email from the email address that is receiving the group messages, to the email address at the "unsubscribe" link.
The message can be blank. You will get an unsubscribe confirmation message, containing a confirmation link to click on.
Posting a Message
So far all groups are set up as announcement-only groups.
If you have something that should be posted, look at a recent message header carefully to see who originated it, and send your material to them.
