Biomedical Engineering (MS)

MS Program Tracks

The department offers two MS tracks:

Those who wish to pursue a variety of positions in industry may find it advantageous to enter the MS without thesis track. Those who plan to become researchers in academic, industry, or government laboratories should choose the MS with thesis track.

Career Paths

Non-thesis MS graduates pursue a variety of positions in industry, including nontechnical and management positions. Thesis MS graduates are employed as researchers in graduate schools, medical schools, hospitals, industrial firms, and government laboratories.
