Professor Espinosa delivers the James Knowles lecture at Caltech, Feb. 17, 2016

For his contributions in the field of mechanics, Prof. Espinosa was invited as the Keynote Speaker for the James K. Knowles Lecture and Caltech Solid Mechanics Symposium held at Caltech on Feb. 17, 2016. During the event, Prof. Espinosa presented his work on "Ten Years of Progress in Nanoscale Mechanical Experimentation" -- a synopsis on his work on solid mechanics, nanomechanics and in situ testing methodologies.
