McCormick Marketing and Information Technology are hosting Cascade office hours every week for website admins. We receive a high volume of ticket requests, so it's helpful to provide in-person assistance to help supplement the web-updates@mccormick.northwestern.edu ticketing process. Office hours are a chance for website admins to stop in and get one-on-one guidance and assistance with current web content questions and plan for upcoming web projects.

Schedule & Location
To provide maximum accessibility, we are now hosting Cascade office hours weekly from 3:00 - 4:00 pm via Zoom conferencing.
Registration
Cascade office hours include two 30-minute time slots that allow website admins to get one-on-one assistance. In order to secure a time slot for our next session, please make sure to sign up in advance.
Please note: We do accept walk-ins, but scheduled appointments have priority.
Content Strategy
This is a great opportunity for department and program website admins to learn more about content strategy and best practices. Office hours ensure that Northwestern Engineering has a consistent web presence and helps out with the overall Northwestern University online strategy.
