Baiju Shah, a founder and chief strategy officer for Accenture Interactive, also serves as the global lead for Fjord, driving its global business vision. Recognizing the rising importance of design to business and society, he conceived and led the acquisition of Fjord, placing design firmly at the heart of Accenture Interactive. Shah believes in the fusion of creativity and science as the recipe for breakthroughs. Through his career, Shah has traversed technology innovation, business strategy and venturing, marketing, and design, and he is passionate about bringing these disciplines together to unleash disruptive strategies, rally organizational change, and deliver innovative ways to delight customers. He works across industries to reimagine and shape some of the top brands' strategies and new service offerings.

Shah has received several patents and his market perspectives have been featured in Wired, Forbes, AdWeek, MIT's Sloan Management Review, and BusinessWeek. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Illinois.
