LDRSHP 410: Leadership by Design

Description

Constant demand for innovation and collaboration means that workplace success in the 21st Century requires both technical expertise and effective leadership. This experiential course complements other aspects of the program by taking you through a series of assignments that will help you increase self-awareness and gain clarity about your unique leadership skills, values, strengths and limitations. Classes will last for approximately three hours, and will consist of group discussions and peer coaching exercises around self-reflective assignments that you must prepare prior to class.
