Professor Omid Nohadani's paper titled "Robust Optimization with Time-Dependent Uncertainty in Radiation Therapy" has been selected as the 1st place best paper for the IISE Transactions on Healthcare Systems Engineering. He will be presenting his paper at the IISE conference.
