What Happens When Innovation Meets Accountability?
AI is transforming how organizations operate, but innovation does not happen in a legal vacuum. This presentation looks at the evolving relationship between AI and the law, with practical takeaways for the technologists, data scientists, and business leaders shaping what comes next. Topics will include information security and privacy, intellectual property and copyright, fair use, regulatory developments, and the legal and governance considerations involved in developing and deploying AI responsibly. The discussion will also consider how organizations can manage risk while enabling innovation in a rapidly changing technological and legal landscape.
