Bustamante Discusses Increasing Cuban Internet Connectivity In Pacific Standard Article

Prof. Fabián Bustamante has written an article for Pacific Standard correlating how the newly restored diplomatic relationship between the United States and Cuba will bring technological innovation resulting in an an increasing demand for access to the Internet for mobile, laptop, and other digital devices to the island country.

In the story, titled, "Connecting Cuba to the Rest of the World" (published Tuesday, June 9, 2015), Prof. Bustamante believes that through improved connections and heightened access—both virtual and real—permanent positive changes will be brought to every other aspect of Cuban society.
