Technical Reports are now required for the PhD defense process.
To submit a Tech Report, first email techreports@cs.northwestern.edu to request a unique TR Number (example: NU-CS-xxxx-xx). After you’ve received your TR Number, please add the designated number to your cover page and upload the file as a PDF by filling out the submission form to completion, below.
What happens next? The publication process is rather quick and we will reply with an online link to your Tech Report either the same day or next business after your submission. There is no page limitation or exceeding file size requirement for submitting a Tech Report, but a smaller PDF file size always makes for a better web user experience.
