Marc Gyongyosi's Novel Drone Technology Featured on NVIDIA AI Podcast

The real potential for drones may lay inside a warehouse, for instance, data from drones can tell workers if a product is in its correct location.

A recent graduate from the EECS Dept. at Northwestern University, Marc Gyongyosi (BS 17') was recently featured on NVIDIA's AI Podcast, titled, "In From the Wild Blue Yonder: Why Warehouses May Be a Sweet Spot for Drones." He founded IFM due to his interest in flying robots.

NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, NVIDIA is increasingly known as “the AI computing company.”
