Environmental Engineering Sophomore Receives IL-ASCE Scholarship

Kimberly HuynhKimberly Huynh, Environmental Engineering Sophomore, was awarded the 2012 ASCE Illinois Section Environmental and Water Resources Institute Scholarship.  The Environmental and Water Resources Institute vision is to be a recognized worldwide leader within ASCE for the integration of the technical expertise and public policy into the planning, design, construction and operation of environmentally sound and sustainable infrastructure impacting air, land, and water resources.  The Scholarship Award is designed to honor an Undergraduate Student in the Field of Environmental Engineering, in the Chicago area, who demonstrates excellence in Environmental Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.

Kimberly also received the ISAWWA Water Works Scholarship earlier this year.
